Our gym program is delivered in partnership with Project Fitness. This program is a crucial aspect to developing your physical attributes specifically targeted to football.

 

Gym sessions are conducted in a functional training environment and develop endurance, overall fitness, strength, core stability and aim to prevent injuries.

 

Our trainers are experienced in youth physical development and workout of a fantastic training facility in Mitchell.
